Joe Kaltschmid is the founder and partner of the insurance company INFINCO, which specializes in cybercrime, VH and D&O solutions. He advises companies in the areas of information security, cyber prevention, corporate liability and compliance. With this background he designs and is responsible for insurance concepts for national and international companies.

Joe Kaltschmid is also a consultant to the Association of Austrian Private Foundations (VÖP), a speaker as part of the training of insurance brokers (WIFI), a consultant to the Vienna Chamber of Commerce – Information and Consulting Section and a consultant to the Vorarlberg Chamber of Commerce – Information and Consulting Section.

Philipp Summereder is the founder and a partner of Summereder Pichler Wächter Rechtsanwälte GmbH. He represents national and international companies, particularly in the areas of labor law, data protection and IT law, compliance and corporate law. As an external data protection officer for more than 50 companies and in his executive functions (foundation board, supervisory board), he examines compliance in a practical way, both from the perspective of the external consultant and as an internal decision-maker.

Toni Brnada is a lawyer and partner at Summereder Pichler Wächter Rechtsanwälte GmbH. He supports the company by representing national and international companies, particularly in the areas of labor law, data protection and IT law as well as compliance. As an external data protection officer for several companies and municipalities, he examines compliance in a practical way, both from the perspective of the external consultant and as an internal decision-maker.

Martin Reichetseder is both the founder and a partner of fobi solutions GmbH (which specializes in the digitalization of compliance processes with .LOUPE – focused on business integrity) and head of the legal & compliance department of an international industrial company. He is a certified compliance officer, specialist author (e.g. co-author of the practical commentary on the EU Whistleblowing Directive), lecturer and is considered a proven expert in the field of compliance, not least due to his practical experience.
